To pave the way for more inclusive tech policies, efforts must be made to make STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education more accessible to girls from a young age. This includes not just formal education, but also extracurricular activities, coding camps, and online resources that are welcoming and designed to spark interest in technology among young girls.
