I absolutely love how we are changing the approach on leadership, but from the start women should set clear boundaries about the soft skills in leadership. Even after showing emotional intelligence, inspiration and motivation, other employees may see us as weak.
In my perspective, we should be more firm and strict in the beginning and then gradually show the support and motivation later on.
