Here's a useful tip I learned from the experience:
Seek out sponsors who have experience assisting others, are a few steps ahead of you in your area of interest, and who share your hobbies or ideals. Don't always concentrate on your immediate supervisors; occasionally, the greatest sponsors are those who aren't under your direct supervision.Recall that developing a relationship with a possible sponsor requires time and work. Communicate with sincerity, show off your worth, and be explicit about your professional goals. From these sincere relationships, sponsorship frequently develops organically.
In light of this, the next time you attend a conference or business function, keep a look out for possible sponsors who might advance your tech career.
