Niki Allen serves as Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics' Chief Information Technology & Operations Officer and Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations. In this capacity, she spearheads the company-wide information technology strategy, oversees global infrastructure and operations, and provides workplace technology solutions to an impressive 200,000 employees and partners across 70 countries. As an exemplary servant leader, Allen has made immense contributions to Southern Illinois University Carbondale's Executive Advisory Board. With her help, the college of business was able to launch a specialized advanced analytics degree program. Additionally, she is one of the members in INROADS' board of directors which works towards providing career opportunities for ethnically diverse students across America and helps them grow their professional careers further. A powerful advocate for diversity and inclusion at work places, Allen is devotedly working on altering these environments positively.
