I choose this term because it's one of my favorite. I really believe that it's important to start to create your own personal branding. And now it's the right time to start today, not tomorrow to do this who I am. I am just a dreamer who build a pink castle for moms and women. And uh I always dream to have magic power to create things uh and these things it's made for people. And uh three years ago, I uh start a new journey and I create, she's mom made it especially for women. I prepare it and I trying to put all my soul, all my experience to create a platform who's helping moms and women. One of my gift is to change the people life when professional parts pay. And I am sure that you have a moment in your life when you career. Maybe it wasn't the best or maybe you want more and more. I will tell you a very short story about my favorite candidate Susanna.

She come to me a few years ago and she said that it's impossible to get a job, the perfect job. And, uh, she started in Bucharest. I will change her job for a lot of time. And, uh, now it's from two years in Dublin in Ireland, She already changed her life. I find that uh the job for her in Ireland and also she find in Ireland a soulmate. So it's one of my story because I take her to the part. I don't want to change something because I can't and I push her to do it. And now she's so happy with her job and also with her personal life. I also let my colleague opinion about me. It's just to have an idea and uh let's continue because I prepare for you a lot of information. And of course, I am uh uh also open to send the presentation to habit. I'm sure that every woman has a story. So I have some questions for you. Why this moment is value for you. Now, maybe you are looking for a professional grow, may become entrepreneur, maybe you are looking for personal development or maybe you want to get more clients. Maybe you are looking for a better job all the time. We want more money or uh a promotion and so on. My challenge for you. Take two minutes and write on a white paper. What is your truly desire? If you have a professional mirror in your front, please think about what is your truly desire?

Take two minutes to write. I will continue my presentation, but please continue to write your truly desire and think about to build your brand. It's important to choose step by step process. It's not editing but it's not impossible to brand yourself. First of all, it's important to discover your career path to learn to promote yourself with a video, to check all your social media accounts. Every personal branding process starts with cleaning. So if you want to to make something funny, search on Google your name and see how many accounts do you have, how looks your account and try to delete it all the old account and uh the account that you don't use it anymore, update your profile on linking. Probably you heard this for a lot of time and believe me, it's very important to have a perfect linking profile for your brand. Update your pictures, take times and make a professional photo session. It's important to show your uh uh pictures, your authentic pictures and pictures for for now and take a photograph. It's best idea to shine on your online presence, why it's so important these steps. And yes, probably you think that you will have a lot of work to do. But uh it's important for balanced gender, active, building a strong personal brand and, and you already know this, but it is a huge competition in tech between women and men. So I hope that my idea to, to help you.

Uh just uh uh one thing I don't see if you text me in a chat. After I finish my presentation, I will come back to chat, how to build a personal brand for business. First thing, it's important to set your perfect customer and to set your target audience to do this. So for sure, for you, it's not so complicated to do it and why it's so important to have a highest personal brand because you also can make money with your brand. It's also your core uh business for this when we are put all of our time and work to do this. Of course, we are looking to have some benefits. If you invest in your uh personal brand, you have a lot, a lot of benefits. You know what you want from your personal life. Exactly what we start. It's very important to know what is your truly desire. You invest in your personal and professional development every single day, you want to advance in your career because this is our dream to be every day, better and better and to uh arrive CEO or entrepreneur and so on, you will be more happy.

Happiness is uh a mission for us. So it's important to be more happy with it. You will grow your self esteem and love self when you see that uh people loves you and uh uh ask you to speak at a conference or ask your advice, you will feel better. And also this is a benefit of personal branding. You can be your own boss. When you have a strong personal brand, you can open a business very easy because you already have fun. So your fun can become clients, you can become speaker at conferences. And also I can confirm it's, it's amazing to come and speak in front of you for me. it's very, very grateful and I I am so grateful to be here today with you and you can be someone in the crowd. This is another benefit that you you can have. I can speak about video story because it's the innovation and uh it's the trendy at this moment, you sh you should shine in front of camera, you can take your smile and you can shine in front of camera. First of all, if you want to do this, you will speed the process, you discover yourself faster and you will have confidence to speak in front of camera to speak in front of the public.
