Are You an Achiever or a Shadow Achiever?
- Assessing Your Current State: Do you feel overwhelmed, fear vacations, face time constraints for growth, or desire to work less yet grow more? These feelings are common and indicate it's time for change.
- The Real Achiever: A real achiever reaches goals with joy, embraces challenges, enjoys the journey, and lives life to the fullest. They are focused on progress rather than perfection.
- The Shadow Achiever: In contrast, shadow achievers live in the "shadow of limitations," where self-imposed constraints guide their actions and goals are pursued out of obligation rather than passion.
Identifying Traps and Overcoming Them
- The Quick Results Trap: Avoid focusing solely on outcomes at the expense of the journey.
- The Fulfillment Trap: Recognize that achieving one goal won't necessarily bring happiness—it's essential to find joy in the process and purpose in your actions.
- The External Evaluation Trap: Don't allow outside criticism to dictate your self-worth.
- The Devaluation Trap: Celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small, and embrace constructive feedback as a chance for growth.
Four Fundamental Components for Transformation
- Physical: Incorporate activities that energize your body, improve nutrition, and ensure quality sleep.
- Emotional: Strive for emotional balance and cultivate positive beliefs.
- Mental: Foster skills in planning, communication, cognition, and attentiveness.
- Spiritual: Act from a sense of purpose, align your actions with your values, and listen to your inner voice.
Setting Goals to Achieve the Impossible
Turn challenges into opportunities by following these steps:
- Perceive your goals as a game you genuinely enjoy.
- Cultivate the right state of mind, feeling that you are already enough.
- Engage with people who can support you on your journey.
- Set challenging goals but be willing to accept any outcome as a step towards improvement.

OK. Hello, let's wait for the others to join and then we stop, we have a lot of sessions in parallel. So probably it's very interesting, but that went a little bit and when we stop him, OK, great. Thank you for joining.Uh So let's start today and today we're going to speak about uh the breaking the
barriers and achieving impossible
results in business with the strategies for success and well-being. So
my name is Vina Rain and I'm I
T A business and executive coach and an NP practitioner and a manager with uh 20
years of experience working on mission impossible in the sphere of it, transformation,
fintech and banking.
So my main target is about helping people and
businesses to achieve challenging business goal in the most
effective way. And without
sacrificing themselves when I speak
about myself, I'm saying that I'm made of passion, energy and creativity. And why is that? It's because for me, it's very important to keep my eyes burning when I'm
working on something because this is the way we are. When we
are full of passion, we are full of desire
to work, then accordingly
we will can achieve the best
possible results. So uh now
I wanted to ask you how many of you were feeling overwhelmed during the last three months? If you are, then feel free to add any chat
number one. How many of you are
feeling that you cannot go on holidays as otherwise, everything
will collapse.
In this case, if you face something like this, feel free to add
number two. And how many of you know
what you need to do for
growth but don't really have time for that because you are working a lot. So then in this
case, you can put number three and how many of you want to work less with fighting the fires but do more for
growth and business in this case with number four.
And how many of you want to achieve great results without sacrificing yourselves if you are interested,
put number five in a chat and now we're coming to the most interesting thing. So what
we're going to do today, if you are here today, then it means that to some extent, you already are an achiever and you are interested to know and see more and you,
OK. Short is disabled. Interesting.
So uh I hope our technical team somehow can help
us to enable that. OK. Thank
you for saying. So today we're going to look at the understanding the mindset and principles of the
real achiever
because this work achiever, it has a meaning for you and you really want
to achieve. And we will
discuss what is the shadow achiever and what is the difference from the real achiever? And in that case accordingly, uh we will try to focus your mindset on achievements while keeping a healthy balance in
life. We
will identify and adjust your identity
for big achievements is gonna happen
advance and we'll see if we have enough time for that. And as an extra bonus for those who stay till the end, you will be able to receive a special workbook for starting immediate transformation. So stay with me and with us and together,
let's start
our path towards becoming the real achiever. So who is Ve Cheever? I don't know, chat is unable for everyone. Any ideas who is ve Cheever, feel free to write in the chat. Let's see. What's your feelings? What's your understanding? OK. So for me, the achiever is someone who is actually able to reach their goals with ease, accomplish a lot and yet live life on their own terms and having time to enjoy it. And it doesn't mean that this person is getting everything for granted. Like you know, like we're
saying, he's born with a silver spoon. No, no,
no, no. This is not about that. These people also have the
challenges. They are also
trying. They are great. The one who gets things done. Yes,
but he gets the things done with ease with joy, with eyes learning. That's the idea because in this case, when he has the challenges,
he doesn't perceive these challenges as I need to sacrifice myself. I need to suffer. This is the way it is. I must do
that. This is not about facts. This is about someone
who has a special mindset and who has a specific way of life. And it's a combination of habits and skills that determines whether someone is real achiever or just a shadow
achiever
how it can actually distinguish the real achiever. So it's the person who is using the most common phrases, like everything happens as it should be. It came just in
time. I'm so excited to take this a
challenge. This opportunity looks interesting. Let's add this task again. Oh my God, I see you adding something. Let's do that. I really enjoy the journey and let's see where it takes us. I believe some of you are already recognizing yourselves using these phrases and some of you
are really enjoying the journey, what you are taking towards the great achievement. And now we're going to discuss with you. Uh I'm going actually to show you the 10
traits of
the real achiever.
And it's very interesting because majority might recognize yourselves here, maybe. But some of you, at least from my coaching experience, I noticed the following. But when people are coming, majority of them are saying, you know, I want
to achieve a great goal
and so on and, but the idea is, but I want to do the things I really enjoy
and saying, yeah, cool, great.
Let's go. And then we are starting to discuss
and we
actually discover that the goals, what they believe are
important for them are not really their goals,
they're just not coming internally
from in themselves. They are,
are influenced by
the surrounded people. They are influenced by the circumstances. And this is where we have a little bit of a conflict. And this is
where we need to look from a bigger point of view and see what are the
real traits of the achiever. So the first
one is the focus on the a journey, not just the destination. And the main goal for the achiever is not just to reach your destination, but to enjoy the
drive and get the pleasure from the journey itself
because yeah, he knows the direction is there and he's going there. But he needs to enjoy, he needs to enjoy every day. He wants to get the new knowledge, meet new people and it's
about drive and ice burning. And then he has a clear,
pure and desired goals. So all the
goals, what a person
has,
they are really desire for him
and how you can understand that, but it's your desired goal because you have the emotional response
inside of you, you feeling that yes, I want to do that. And then when
they have multiple goals, uh quite often they are considering like, OK um I, I'm not tied to a single direction. Uh I'm gonna finish this one, but this will be the beginning of that one, but this is a continuation of that one and so on. So basically, he's looking at um the situation that he can do. Uh it's a kind of a journey, it's a process. So for him,
everything goes together. And the main thing is that he believes in himself and he believes he is enough already now and they're setting the goals
from a state of being enough. They don't just set the goals from the place of luck that for example, oh, I need the Oscar or I need that car because I just need that. They have this feeling. They are acting like I already have an Oscar. I know I'm a superstar but I want to get a superhero hat as well. And then I will be able to do this, this and this and actually they are already acting the way they believe they want to be. So that's the idea. So, and uh then we're coming to the next stage and it's about using intention instead of the willpower. You've probably seen a lot of places which are telling you use your willpower, you need to get out of your comfort zone, you need to make steps and so on
sometimes. Yes, we're doing that and it is fine because the willpower is also quite important for making a smaller step but willpower will not take you uh to very long destination, you will have not enough energy for that. So, and from that point of view, it's not a very good idea, sorry uh to use that.
And uh because it's leading
to the burnout and then they can't do the things because they must, they do the things because they want to and then you really want to do it, then you have a different energy. Then actually,
you hardly
will be able to burn out. Of course, you will be tired but it's very difficult. So the next one is embracing the failures as a natural part of the learning process.
All the achievers failures are a kind of a plant and no, it's not like that they can foresee
everything. Oh Come on. Uh hardly anyone will be able to do that
but they know, OK, I might fail and that's, that's fine if I fail and when it will be falling, I will try to get as much experience as like 10
from that specific event and how they going to do that. So basically,
the idea is that uh let's say, uh if we take any famous people, if we were trying to achieve the impossible goal, not many of them succeed from the first tribe. And this is fine, this is actually normal. And this is actually connected with the fact that in case you want to achieve impossible goals, you have to be ready
to embrace the failures because you
will fail from time to time. But if you will perceive that as a set of data which needs to be analyzed and which you can use in future for your experience and next achievement, then
you are great. If you are perceiving that as a
failure, then the challenge is that actually there is a big chance
that
you will get in emotional
state where you won't be able to make effective decisions. And then this is a trap.
So the next thing is the adult position,
probably majority of you heard about like, you know, psychological, adult child and the parent. So adult
position, it's about
making the decisions himself, taking the
responsibility for
the decision and understanding
the consequences.
It's when you are not looking at that,
I felt because someone did it drunk of the circumstances of the crisis
was
ok. A crisis in the world. It uh repeats every nine years and this is a normal way of life
and if we would
hope that
nothing gonna happen hardly you will be able to succeed.
So it's about ok, we got a crisis. Interesting what I can gain
from that.
Mhm For me, for example, when it was the COVID, yeah COVID was not the best thing and not the best experience. Definitely we were locked. We had a lockdown in my country, but a great thing as a manager that for me was one of the best things in my life. It was proved that even the managers can work remotely and we still can't deliver results. And I'm very happy that I can work like from anywhere
in the world now. And it's amazing. So it's the way you adapting the way
uh of being able to see the advantages, the way of being able to see the opportunities many people actually earn even on the COVID crisis as well.
So it's always about what, what you are focusing on and searching for. The next thing is about self, self acceptance. So the
achiever knows and accept
his strengths and weaknesses and being weak for so to some
extent is normal for them. So they know, yeah, like everyone has weaknesses and it's fine. I mean, you can't be perfect and when you
accept that in yourself, you're actually getting a chance to focus on your strengths, develop them and find ways
how to
compensate your weaknesses. So you will become even more effective from that point of view. So,
and the remaining three
are that actually the achievers are living without strict instructions of what they
should or must do on they therefore they are free,
therefore they are relaxed
and they don't have the kind of a fixed beginning, fixed ending when it is fixed, it's becoming uh it's a sorry, it's causing an extra stress on a person. But when you understand your
long term goal and when you understand why you are doing that, it turn you to the different horizon. Basically, it opens a lot of different opportunities for you whatever way you go, it means it will be great. For
example, uh I was working uh for one company
and we had a kind of a mission impossible
there. And then we realized that there was a
very serious technical limitation
and because of that, we were not able to make the piloting faces. So and then I thought OK, great. But in this case, we can cover the whole country, all the states in USA and it's great.
So
it's about the way you see that as a kind of a full limitation where you are not able to do the thing you need to do or where you see the opportunity, which is coming from this limitation.
So it's just your view because there are no events which are good or bad. All events that are happening around us, they are neutral, but the story
and based on our own experience, what we
are making out of this
is actually the thing which is
making it positive or negative. And when we will be able to understand that we will be able to really make great achievements in our lives. So
no limits, no instructions. So it's freedom, creativity
and it's great
and we see activity as an endless infinite process. So we're always in the process of doing something, seeing each
step as a continuation of the beginning of something else. So
it's not like, you know, when I done this, I'm done because the challenge, what we have here is
that, uh I, I also saw the people, they put the challenge
for themselves, they're running, they are a
little bit trapped
by a tunnel vision. And when they're coming to the end, we're getting something.
They're not happy there because that was not really, they think what they wanted. And that's also because they didn't really enjoy the journey. They didn't notice the time which passed during this period while they were walking towards their achievement. So it's about that. So it's a process, it's a journey and it's infinite process.
So and again, uh when people are coming, uh the most important decision
for them uh is how they are going to perceive their goals from a sense of freedom or a sense of limitation. And it's something like I explained to you, if
it's a sense of freedom, I'm free
to choose whatever I want to do. But if a person is thinking, OK, I have to go and work there or I have to do this and this because someone told me that this is not about the real achiever. This is thinking from a sense of limitation and this is why we're coming to a shadow achiever. So any
ideas uh feel
free to share in the chat, uh who is the shadow achiever? And what's the major difference from real achiever. So if uh real achiever was the one who gets things done and he does that with a joy and he does that with a specific mindset. Who is the shadow achiever? Ok. So no
ideas great, then it will be something new
and it's actually great that, uh you're already here. And even
if you will be able to
recognize some traits or the shadow achievers in yourself, this is good. This is definitely not bad because when we understand where we are now, we have a clear path how to get where we want to be. And this is amazing pain and almost every one of us is going through this path and I was there myself as well. But I will tell you a bit later about. So
shadow achiever, it's about living in the shadow of limitations
and it means that
they are thinking and acting based on self ipod constraints, they believe in something what they cannot do, they believe in something, what is limiting them. And then they believe that it's like I'm obliged to do that. Yes, I will suffer
here. This is about a shadow achievers. So now
we will take a look at the main traps
for the
achievers and if you are trapped here,
then you are becoming a shadow achiever.
So it's very important to understand these traps and be able to
avoid them on your way. So the trap of quick
results, it's about focusing solely on the end results and ignoring the journey. So, achievers may uh have been vacated on achieving their goals as soon as possible without fully enjoying the process or learning from the experience. I was there as well. I, I'm very honest. Yeah.
So I've got a kind of a mission impossible like, yeah, great. So let's run. And we were running, the team was big. We came there
but the way we came, it was not the best way. And uh I can tell you even worse, we had people who died, we had people who were burned out. And now I understand the importance of the journey itself and the difference because if you are focusing on the result,
only you are in a kind of a tunnel and in the tunnel, you see the light and that's great. You will get there, but you don't see
anything on your way. And this is a bit of a challenge. If you don't see anything,
then you will come there, but your feet will be
bleeding. So be careful with that.
So the next one is a feat and salvation trap. It's about thinking that achieving a particular feat will bring salvation or happiness. Achievers may place too much importance on achieving a certain goal or reaching a certain level of success, believing that it will bring them ultimate fulfillment or happiness.
No, that's not right. It
is. So actually, if you are feeling you are not enough and you feel that you need to do something to prove something.
No, it's not about that. Because when you will do that, you will not feel anything inside and you will be trapped here because it's not your really internal desire, the pure one. So the
next is evaluation trap. It's about relying too heavily on external evaluations such as Chris criticism to determine one's worth of achievers may become overly concerned with how others perceive them heading to anxiety and self doubt. So basically, if we are looking too much around and we don't believe in what we are doing. Yeah, this is causing the challenge. The thing is that in case you are confident that it's kind of your purpose and you go there because it's your purpose, then you don't need to look around, you know that you are doing important
and meaningful things. But
in case you are looking too much around, you will be very sensitive to
criticism. And this can cause a lot of challenges to yourself,
to your emotional
state. And after emotional state, it will may impact also your physical body or look at that later as well.
The self devaluation trap, it's about devaluating personal achievements, regardless of how much one has accomplished. Achievers may constantly strive for more and better without taking time to appreciate
and acknowledge their own accomplishments. So it's about that even if you have a small accomplishment, it is accomplishment and you need to say, yeah, I'm good. Very good. And then I will ask you ask yourself what
valuable and meaningful things you have done for the last, for the world during this week. And you can tell yourself
well done and feel good about your accomplishment. Do you have any think of it?
And it's, it's very interesting, but there are a lot of people who are
struggling with that
because they are under evaluating themselves, even like in coaching. I'm working with a person. Yes. Uh He's uh trying to become an inspiring leader. And before that, he was like uh fighting with fires like working. Uh he didn't have the time for strategy for development and so on.
Uh during uh our work, uh he actually got rid
of the tasks which
are not really related to the managers or leaders tasks. So it's a kind of he managed and learned to delegate effectively. He uh got the time to start working with a strategy. But when we've been discussing what have you accomplished? He's looking
at the very big
goal which is very
far away and he's under evaluating himself. And this is a big challenge because
when a person is regularly diminishing the importance of achievements, what gonna happen? The internal
critic which will be always criticizing, not enough, not enough
will be joined by
imposer and then procrastinating voices and then uh
the person will become very tough and demanding
toward themselves and merciless
to own witnesses. I'm not enough I need to do more. I need
to grow. This is from the state of not paying enough. And of
course, it's leading to the burnout and it's leading to the
loss of internal support. And you know, when
you are there for a very long time, some people are staying there actually the whole life. If you are not trying to look inside yourself and understand what you really want. If you are not
trying to work with your limitations, it means that
you actually have a chance to get in the automatic survival mode with only gold just to make it.
And when all
your feelings, all your emotions are turned out, you're losing the connection to your feelings and then you will just have like no time to leave because you are not able to set up the priorities, the real priorities for you. Some people feel uh think that feelings or emotions are not that important.
They are very important for us. Actually, their emotions. There
was uh a special
uh
experiment what the scientists were making or why emotions are important for people. We are using them uh to put the
priorities in their life uh or sorry in our lives. And
you can't imagine if you don't have the feelings, you don't have the emotions, you will be making the priorities like machines like, ok, now we have artificial intellect. Did you see the results? I'm using that? And it's a great thing. But
still, in some cases, it is very important to listen to the inner you, to your internal voice, to your intuition, to your emotions and how you're feeling with that. Because if you
blindly will follow the things which are written based on
the logics, it's not gonna work because it can have a very big conflict inside between your emotional state and logical side. So then you, you may end up like no time to live. Yeah, because I, I have to do
all this list of tasks and I will be doing all of this and I'm forgetting about myself. I'm forgetting about my body. I'm forgetting about having a joy. I'm forgetting about leaving and it's an irritation, chronic fatigue, this goes towards the business even
you will get there if you will not listen to yourself and then you can get even to the health problems or depression sounds. So it's very, very important. So and in case now you notice anything what is related to the shadow
achiever in yourself. The main thing
is don't turn your internal quickly and fall into the trap of negative federation
instead it is great. But you notice some areas
where you can grow, where you can work and you need to work on recognizing your achievements, celebrating them, finding the balance in your life. And in the next
slide, uh I will tell
you how to get rid of a shadow and become more.
So there are four fundamental components of your personality. And if you want to become real achiever, you need to work on all of them. So the first one is about the physical component, it's about incorporating activities that energize your body and keep you feeling charged.
So it's example, just 10 minutes of exercise or whatever sports you enjoy as a child or dancing, any, any physical activity which is giving you the energy, it can be even not physical activity, it's like can be art or something. But yeah, you you need to do something. So and address also the challenges related to nutrition, sleep quality, daily scheduling. So basically, you need to take care of your body because in case your body is not in a good state, you hardly will be able to
work on achievements.
So the next component is emotional component. So it's about trying to maintain a balance in your emotional state and cultivate positive emotions, begin with working on your beliefs, especially both or putting you in a tunnel because uh I mean, you have a lot of limitations and uh if you will believe in everything, what is limiting you, you're not gonna end up emotionally, very nice.
And that is why you can actually distinguish if you have a thought now which you believe in. Ask yourself, is it really my fault? OK. If it is then ask yourself,
is it really helping me? And if not, do you really need to believe in that this is something that you might think about. So the next thing is
about the mental component, it's about improving your planning, skills, communication abilities, focused cognitive development and attentiveness. And I believe majority of you are working a lot on these things because you are here, you are already developing this part really great and I hope that you are developing the other parts as well.
And the most important thing is the last component, which is about spiritual component as real achievers act from a sense of purpose. Then
neglecting a spiritual component can lead
to feeling unfulfilled. We need to have a kind of a sense of a purpose to understand where we are going to why we are going there and living in accordance to our values and mission and listening to our inner voice.
So try to strength, strengthen your self
belief and trust in yourself as well.
And you can do that through understanding and accepting who you are.
What are you about? What is, what
are your values? What do you really want to change? And one question what you might think uh when you have
enough time, you are
the future of
what think this way, what do you want to change in this world? What do you believe is important for you personally? You are future of what? And it's not like mandatory but you need to uh
innovate or you need to make a big company. Maybe you have the
future of the most loving mother and happy family and that's great. So everything what is important for you is great. Just listen to yourself. So
these are the things which can
help you to become a shadow achiever. And now uh I'm going uh as I told you, uh post who are staying with us, I will get a little bit of a bonus. Sorry, and how to get that here. You have a link uh to my linkedin account. Feel free to connect with me in linkedin, write me a direct message workbook and get the workbook for immediate transformation already next week and you will be able to work with yourself and it will help you with answering some questions honestly to yourself to start the journey to yourself a journey, but you really enjoyed this life.
So
now uh we go on to speak so how to set up the goals to achieve impossible. Uh Of course, you've seen a lot of books and everything who are telling you how to do that. Uh And I will try to be very short here, but um take the things which are not that obvious. So plan the game,
why the game? Because
game is something, what we enjoy,
game is something where we don't have a big push.
This is not a kind of a heavy responsibility for us when you perceiving your goal as a game
and you really enjoy it. And then
you actually making it with a different set
of energy, just play it. Look. Hm. Interesting
how it's gonna work to be
if you try this way, what's gonna happen? This is the way how you can get to the best possible result. So the next thing, it's about
the right state of mind which I was already
mentioning before, be in the state of mind when you are enough.
Not because
I'm missing something but because hm, this is really interesting, I'm keen on doing something. This is about that, try doing the things but you really enjoy and which are meaningful and important for you. And you believe we need to go there. If you believe
we need to save the planet from
a climate perspective, then work this way. If you believe we need
to help Children
work that way. Everything is great. Everything what you believe is important is great and it's state of mind that you are enough and you can choose from whatever you want to choose. So
the next thing is about people. This is a very funny thing because the majority of the cases when we have a goal, we are thinking how we can achieve that. And we are thinking from the point of view what I'm going to do. But if you will think who can help me to achieve that,
it can be really helpful because you will find a lot of opportunities. We are not living alone and there are a lot of people who can help us think from that point of view.
The next thing is about challenging goal. So when we set up the goal, it might seem already challenging for you. But if you multiply that 10
times, uh you may think that it's impossible.
But the best thing what you can do, you can actually try to set up this 10
times more goal
and work on planning how to get there. If you're doing this way, even if you are not fair, if you won't achieve that, you will achieve probably much higher result than the one which you
were planning. Initially. We've been doing that
actually, even like in the banking, when we needed to implement the payments for
three months, everyone thought that's impossible. We did that.
We did that. Yes, we put these three months, we knew that four months is uh uh a kind of a uh stop point because then the bank would lose the license. Uh In that case. Uh So we didn't have a choice and we planned everything, no contingency, nothing. And we knew if we don't do that, then there is only one more chance for us to do that. If we would plan four months initially, we would have no chance.
So
it's about this. In this case, we did that and we
got that very quick. And the next thing is be ready to accept any outcome because any outcome is just a data set for your analysis and future improvements. Sorry, I
had more
slides about uh identity, but it took a bit longer time. So, but I'm very happy for being with me and
feel free to connect
with me. I will be happy to help any one of you if you have any questions or something. I hope this lecture was useful for you and you got some insights of how to actually achieve the impossible things and stay in a state of great well being and balance with others. Thank you, everyone. And those of you
who want to get the workbook, write
me and you will get that and this will be a home task for great transformation and future results. If you have any questions
while we haven't finished, feel free to ask me
a shot. Ok. Well, maybe if we still have time, let's go for identity. Yeah. So uh if
we're talking about what is our identity, so it's reports on how we see ourselves and how we define ourselves based on our beliefs, values and experiences and behaviors. Uh It's a set of characteristics, traits and qualities that make us unique individuals and how our identity is created.
It's like, you know, if you tell yourself I'm a
star, I know I can do that.
That's one of your identities. If you're saying to yourself, I'm a great mother and so on. This is also your identity. Uh But let's say in, in school you heard like, oh, you always kind of do something. You are a failure, you're stupid. This is also
our identity. If we agree to that
and if you agree to that, the challenge with identity is that once you agree to that, you're starting to act like if
you are the one and this is a bit of a challenge.
Think for yourself, what identities you already have and what you believe is about you and think how
are you acting from that point of view? OK. Shadow
achiever traits. So it's um yeah, so I believe we don't have much time. So let's return back to shadow
achievers from thank you for your question, Pamela. So again, so just a second returning back.
So first of all, you need to understand who you really are. This is very important how to understand who you really are. I actually can give you a very interesting um task if you want. Uh you probably if you are connected with designers, you know, uh the mood board, uh mood board, mood board is a board where you have uh different pictures which are depicting um your mood, how you're feeling, you can try to create a mood board for yourself. What it is about mood board is about who you are. So you see something like you see the sea and think, oh I feel myself like I'm the sea or I feel myself like I'm the bird. If you are associating or identifying yourself with something. Just take the picture, put on a mood board and you can collect like from 10 to 50 or whatever different pictures and then near each picture, write the qualities of that like uh the
sea, it's a calm or it's storming
or it's something else. Just make a list. What do you think about this picture and why it is kind of connected
with you and
then write this list near each picture. You will have actually a very nice uh mood board, a big board. And even without these qualities, you can uh show it to some of your friends maybe and ask them, what is your association with this mood board? What do you see what
it is about for you
and what it is about? It's something what you have internally in your
mind.
So this is a possibility to
uh
avoiding biological connection, to listen to yourself and see who you really are. So then you have the list and after that, uh for, for each picture and you can compare and you will notice that some specific adjectives or subjective or whatever you will use there, they are repeating and then you need to choose top 10 of repeating descriptions. What are relying to yourself. And now out of this 10 with all these 10, this is about you. This is the
way you feel yourself. You need to choose
free. Like I mentioned the ones free. What are about me. It's a passion, energy and creativity. So these are the things which are the most important for me. And these are the things without which I can't live, I can't
survive.
So these are my key values. That's
super important for me. When
you understand your key values, when you understand who you really are, think of how it is connected with your current life, how you actually fulfilling yourself from the point of view of these things already. Now, like I told you passion for me, it was always important ever everything while I was choosing for a job, it was connected either with adrenaline or like some level of stress as well because I, I need
that. I need, I need something like I need to be passionate,
I need something very challenging. This is very important for me. So this is my value and that's fine.
Once I accept that before
that some people were saying like, oh come on like uh you're choosing the job with stress yourself many years ago. I was saying, no,
no, no, no, I'm not choosing. I just,
I had no chance. No. Actually I was choosing because it's about me. I really enjoy that and I enjoy when I have the energy and I have the energy when I am actually doing the things like this or when I'm working with the people, I really enjoy that and creativity. It's actually about trying to find unusual ways of achieving the goals. It's one like uh you have limitations, but you always will
find a creative
way of doing something and you can
do that and it's great.
So this is about you think of your personal philosophy and then based on
that, think of you a future of what. So this is
the main component is a spiritual
component which will help you to find the direction and again, uh how to become a shadow
achiever. You need to take care of your
body. It's definitely important
if you are working all the time and you don't have the energy, um if you will make the physical activities even 10 minutes per day, they will help you to gain the energy. But don't choose the sport like I must run. No, you don't need to run. If you don't like running, you don't need to run, you can walk, you can jump, you can like do whatever you would play tennis, whatever doesn't matter, dance, just something what you really enjoy the most important. And the key thing is
that you need to enjoy that in
case you implementing this routine, like you doing the thing, what you enjoy, you will
already get the energy. It's about fat and being honest with yourself. Just be honest, if you don't like something, just tell. Yeah, I don't like it, but
sometimes you can agree to do that. But if you agree to do that, do that with love and
explaining to yourself why you were doing that
today. I'm going to do that because let's say today I'm going to go to work because I need to get the money for my Children. But later I will really
do the thing what I really enjoy or I will
learn uh start learning the new profession, which is really important for me and where I believe I can use my
skills and where I believe I can fulfill my values. It's about that. So province.
So and of course like or returning back
to the traps.
So evaluation don't try to appraise uh or sorry, evaluate yourself. It's very interesting. Uh People who are very much sensitive to criticism, they are also very uh sensitive to appraisal. And if you want to learn uh to become less uh sensitive to criticism, you can start with learning to be less sensitive to appraisals. This may sound unusual.
Yeah. Oh, you're welcome.
So it's interesting. Actually, we were supposed to have a session uh 40 minutes. It's 50 already. But I I'm very happy to share uh the knowledge. If you, if you want more, just write me in the chat and I can
present even more and we can discuss uh the identities and make also the task.
Um majority of the things what we have.
It's related to childhood. Yeah.
And uh we're getting the our identities in the childhood. We're getting our beliefs in the childhood majority. But we can actually get that also uh nowadays as well because it's new experiences, something else is coming. Normally we get a trigger in a childhood. And later when we grow up, uh when something similar repeats, we're getting a kind of uh confirmation.
Yes, this is this way, this is this way. And then we stop trying uh doing things differently.
And again, when you stop trying uh doing things differently because you believed in something. This is not very right approach. And the reason for that is that actually, uh let's say when you got that experience, you were a child or you were uh let's say a young person or you were adult, but that was three years ago. And that time you didn't have a other experience. So it means if you try the same thing now, it doesn't necessarily means that you're not gonna succeed.
Think from that point of view
for me. Uh again, can give you experience. Um uh when I graduated from university, I applied to one company and I wanted to get a job, they refused me because I don't have the experience although I was the best student. OK, they don't care. So, uh and then uh I was working already in Ireland and uh I saw the advertisement from that company, but we were searching for a person which was
like, I was the perfect and I think,
OK, you refused me and I'm going to send you my CV. And I sent them and they immediately replied and were like, oh, please please join us. Yeah, because I changed. I gained the experience. I was different. And then of course, it's a question to you. Do you really want what you think you were wanting three years or four years ago?
That's a fact why you should do the same thing. But if you believe that this is very important step towards your future, towards your purpose, towards your mission, then feel free to go there. And it will be amazing because it's getting up and going, getting up and going like with the businesses where the owner of a startup, the unicorn startup I worked with. So um he
was trying about
12 times, it didn't work.
So none of them could be as
good uh or like uh as effective as he wanted. And then the last try, he got a unicorn, but he
was trying all the time. And then I know the other guy who tried it once he failed and he decided not to try anymore. So the importance and any meaningfulness of your target or goal is connected also with your internal belief. How many times are you ready to try? If you are ready to try 100 times, then it's really meaningful to you.
Majority of people will stop after three times. And that is why so many
new companies
are failing. And about 80% of the startups are died during the first three years. If you want to have your own company, think from that point of view if you didn't succeed for the first time, just
get the data analyze that, use that experience and try one more
time differently, knowing
where potentially is the area of
growth or what can be changed from that point of view. But don't stop trying go there if you believe it is important. Again,
if you're making a startup, what is very important to distinguish? Sometimes people are mixing. They think that let's say I want to earn uh 1 million or, or $1 billion or $5 billion or whatever. And that is why I'm making my company, it's not gonna work. There should be a mission and uh what you actually
want to bring to this world,
you can make the company like I, I want to earn like OK, 100 K, it can work. Yeah, for some time it gonna work. But if you want really to scale that, you need to think from the point of view of the big purpose. You are the future of what, what are you giving to the world? And you will be surprised that majority of the big companies like, you know, Amazon, uh iphone uh or Sorry Apple and so on. They had a great idea about why they're doing that. They had a great philosophy inside, that's, let's say Amazon. Uh the approach was also very interesting from the point of view, not only why is that important, but they also wanted to make their customers once they come in to stay with them for all their life. And this is the way they build a company. So it was internal philosophy that the customer will be so happy with the service that he can just go away. Once he
opens the door, he will stay there either until the company die or the customer will die. And it's a great idea.
Think of this everywhere, everywhere we have the ideas like some uh recently one lady I I was working with uh she was planning to open the educational uh entertainment school for Children. She
wanted to make a different way good. Yeah. Well,
everyone knows we have a school so around us a lot of schools, but she wanted to make it differently because she believed that there is a lack of understanding from the point of view of parents and Children. And she wanted to make this interconnection and that's important for her. And when she's making like peace, it's gonna be great. All the other declined. What I had microclimate systems. Some people think like, OK, why you're starting up a business work for the air conditioning system?
No, this is not air conditioning. This is about
providing the qualitative air in the houses to the people so that we can breathe the qualitative air, the fresh enough oxygen, uh enough humidity. Enough with like uh the right temperature and so on. This is about that. You think, do you know actually that the air in the apartment is 10 times more dirty than outside? For me? It was
shocking. Really? Yes, there
was a research and that was proving that. So it's a great idea and that is why like, uh people getting allergies, getting asthma and other diseases. This is really great thing. It starts with a small but the idea
of what is under that, this is amazing.
If you have any businesses feel free to share and we can discuss even now like your ideas, what is like the most
meaningful thing for you? We can look from that point of view as well
or if you want me to show you the information about identities, that's great as well. Feel free to show me and
I will be able to show it to you as well. Just write me a shot so that I know that you're interested or otherwise will all be already finishing.
Thank you so much for being with me and uh really happy. And uh it's great that if even one person
is learning something new, it's amazing result. Please get this information, bring it to your life and get the great results. Thank you, everyone. Have a great day and weekend. Thank you. Bye. Thank you, Pamela. Yeah, we'll be happy to connect unique spelling pass to I'm ending our session.
Thank you everyone. Bye bye.
