Job Summary

Join NetApp as a Field CTO to drive technological innovation and lead strategic engagements with our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing significant deals, expanding our market presence, and fostering business growth through the adoption of NetApp solutions. This role is designed for a visionary leader who is ready to make a significant impact in the world of technology and business. Key Responsibilities

  • Design cutting-edge data security solutions, including encryption, data classification, and cybersecurity operations.
  • Utilize experience from roles such as CDO or CISO to lead secure data initiatives.
  • Support business development through active participation in customer engagements and relationship building with key decision-makers.
  • Partner with client and NetApp architects to develop technology architectures that align with business goals.
  • Spearhead solution innovation, providing strategic roadmaps and reference architectures.
  • Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts and by acquiring new clients.
  • Promote the NetApp CTO brand through thought leadership and active engagement on social media and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT project leadership, focusing on Application, Cloud, or Storage Architecture.
  • PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of architecture experience with relevant certifications.
  • Proven background in DevOps, systems integration, or project implementation.
  • Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Storage, Compute, and Networking.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $256,140 - $313,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
