N-able is seeking a proactive Project / Program Manager to support our growth by ensuring smooth execution of marketing projects. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Planning and Programs, you will coordinate project plans for new products, features, and campaigns, working closely with global teams across marketing, creative, and other teams. Key responsibilities include managing content production timelines, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets.
What You'll Do
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Strong project management skills are needed to lead cross-functional teams from inception to execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; clearly communicate project status, risks, and issues, ensuring stakeholder alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle. Run project meetings / standups with distributed teams.
- Resource Coordination: Identify and allocate resources across the 15+ creative team members. Work with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to assess tradeoffs and priorities to manage workload.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; escalate issues when needed to ensure swift resolution. Have ownership and accountability for the project delivery and work on creative ways to raise and remove blockers.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives. Big projects require retrospectives and feedback from prior projects to improve the next ones.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within project workflows, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate. System administration and maintenance will also be required.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe Workfront, Jira, Confluence, Bynder, Microsoft systems, or similar project management tools.
- Proven experience managing global marketing projects with strong communication and coordination skills to align objectives, timelines, and strategies across international teams.
- Ability to work on Eastern Time Zone, with flexibility to support global teams and time zones.
