As a GraphQL Specialist, you will act as a technical escalation point for Systems Management Specialists and provides technical leadership to internal delivery teams, customers and Kyndryl Account Teams regarding all technical discussions, major incidents, complex RFS activities etc. Additionally, you will work closely with customers to review the IT environment, work on remediating technological gaps, develop remediation plans and provide technical recommendations.

  • Manage and maintain legacy systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide support for legacy applications and hardware.
  • Implement updates and patches to ensure system security and functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate legacy systems with new technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to legacy systems.
  • Document processes and procedures for maintaining legacy systems.
  • Train and support staff on the use of legacy systems.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for Systems Management Specialists.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as Apollo GraphQL specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of APIs exposure (Microservices, Topics, etc)  programming language and its ecosystem. Apollo GraphQL tools and libraries to  build, manage, and scale your GraphQL API and the apps that use it.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and architectural principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
