The Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our GTM (Go-to-Market) Enablement team as a Content Curation Operations Specialist. This role is pivotal in supporting the foundational tasks of content curation and ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of Kyndryl Win Coach platform (powered by Highspot). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in content curation and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

User Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Kyndryl Win Coach users, addressing queries and providing assistance.
  • Maintain a user support knowledge base to document common issues and solutions.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the Kyndryl Win Coach platform in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Kyndryl Win Coach Platform leader to escalate and resolve complex issues.

License Provisioning:

  • Manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of Kyndryl Win Coach licenses for users.
  • Maintain accurate records of license allocations and usage.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements

Content Publishing Assistance:

  • Assist the content curation team with the publishing of content as needed.
  • Ensure that content is accurately uploaded and categorized within the Kyndryl Win Coach platform

Quality Assurance Support:

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on published content to ensure accuracy and completeness

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of all support and troubleshooting activities.
  • Generate regular reports on user support metrics, issue resolution times, and content quality assurance findings.

Other Support:

  • Catalog and maintain a user-friendly Q&A document based on feedback from Kyndryl Win Coach user and stakeholder engagement, collaborating with teammates to address questions and take appropriate actions as needed


Who You Are

  • 4 years of experience in operations or content curation role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
