We are looking for a passionate, skilled, Engineering Manager to run our Mobile Apps development team!
As the Manager of our Mobile Apps team, you will be responsible for leading our team of talented and passionate mobile Engineers in building and maintaining "Insider", our flagship mobile app for iOS and Android. You will partner closely with our Product, UX and Process teams to help manage every step of the product lifecycle from brainstorming to development to deployment across app stores, and you will leverage your experience developing mobile apps to ensure we have a great development process that is both rewarding and fulfilling to your team.

Who YOU Are
- You possess an expertise on mobile apps and technology with experience building great native or hybrid mobile apps for iOS and Android
- You’ve had experience building apps using React Native (which is what our app is written in)
- You love and have been successful in partnering closely with Product, Design and Edit to help provide strategic direction and consult on key issues
- You can set a clear direction for the team with goals for both the group and the individuals
- You communicate effectively with people of varied skill sets, experience and backgrounds
- You are kind, trustworthy, innovative, and lead by example
