Your missions :

As the guarantor of the development of iExec's reputation, you will work on two main areas:

Exploitation : 

  • Maintain and monitor all components, third party services and web portal,
  • Develop and enforce operating and monitoring procedures for the computing marketplace,
  • Monitor and perform regular reporting with activity and incident reports,
  • Provide technical support to users (2nd and 3rd level),
  • Intervene under time constraints during operating incidents (analysis, diagnosis and resolution),
  • Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of our solutions and the industrialization of operating activities,
  • Anticipate the impact of technological changes by actively collaborating with the Development, Infrastructure and Business teams.

Provide computing power to the marketplace

  • Provision resources according to internal and external needs,
  • Manage buy and sell orders on the marketplace,
  • Participate in the implementation of pricing policies for computing resources.

Profile required :

Holder of a Bac +5 in engineering or equivalent and you have a 1st successful experience in a similar position

Skills/Qualities Required:
