Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations 

• Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management 

• Deep knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SIS, LMS, Reporting & Analytics 

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce Platform and experience defining business solutions leveraging Salesforce’s Cloud offerings 

• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration 

• Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism 

• Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications 

• Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration 

• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and functional dimensions 

• Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
