While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Associate can expect to spend their time follows: 80% will be allocated to material client interaction through all project phases, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification of the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations and; 20% will be spent developing Analysts and coachees when assigned, participating in practice development and, carrying out routine administrative tasks. Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced Certified Kyriba Consultant to join our team at Huron Consulting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kyriba’s Treasury Management System (TMS) and certifications in key Kyriba modules, including Business Intelligence, Financial Transactions, Connectivity, Cash Management and Payments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to assist clients in optimizing their treasury operations and improving liquidity management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in Kyriba implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives for clients in various industries.
- Configure and optimize Kyriba modules including Financial Transactions, Bank Account Management, Cash Management, Connectivity and Payments to align with clients' treasury and finance goals.
- Advise clients on best practices in financial transactions, reporting, and analytics leveraging Kyriba tools.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Kyriba system solutions.
- Develop reports and dashboards for clients using Kyriba’s Business Analytics features to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and resolve system integration issues related to bank connectivity and ERP systems.
- Provide end-user training, post-go-live support, and ongoing system enhancements as needed.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-7+ years of experience in Kyriba system implementations or Treasury Management Systems (TMS), with a focus on cash management, financial transactions, and bank connectivity.
- Certifications: Kyriba certifications in Business Intelligence, Financial Transactions and Connectivity are required.
- In-depth knowledge of treasury and cash management practices, financial instruments, and liquidity management.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading full-cycle implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to related systems such as SWIFT, H2H, or other payment and banking solutions.
- Familiarity with financial accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Strong understanding of treasury regulations, compliance, and risk management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
The estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
