Qualifications

Analyze and understand business needs and objectives and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow.

Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to other ServiceNow developers and ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards.

Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for ServiceNow solutions.

Optimize and enhance the performance, security, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend improvements and innovations.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, quality assurance, and other teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator certifications.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, modules, and functionalities.
-
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.

Experience in developing and integrating ServiceNow with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services.
-
Experience in using ServiceNow tools, such as Studio, Update Sets, ATF, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, or other domains.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
