Qualifications

  • Analyze and understand business needs and objectives and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow. 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards. 

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to other ServiceNow developers and ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards. 

  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for ServiceNow solutions. 

  • Optimize and enhance the performance, security, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions. 

  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend improvements and innovations. 

  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, quality assurance, and other teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 

  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. 

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator certifications. 

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, modules, and functionalities. 

  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON. 

  • Experience in developing and integrating ServiceNow with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other web services. 

  • Experience in using ServiceNow tools, such as Studio, Update Sets, ATF, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. 

  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, or other domains. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
