Job Description Summary
As the Sr. Staff Technical Product Manager - Talent Acquisition for HR you will be at the forefront of the GEHC transition to an independent company. You will work with the HR function, GE Corporate, and other GEHC stakeholders to define the strategic roadmap, implement, and support Talent Acquisition functionalities currently owned by GE Corporate. Scope will include, but is not limited to Phenom People, Eli (New Hire Orientation tool), Hirevue, Thrive, etc and the intricate integration environment that supports our Talent Acquisition teams.While this role will not focus on the ownership and technical execution of Workday Talent Acquisition modules, it will focus on the wing to wing strategy of the Talent Acquision ecosystem. You will need to understand and build a strategy around how Workday and other applications work together seamlessly to support our TA processes. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Own the core application portfolio in the HR Talent Acquisition ecosystem: Phenom People, Eli, Hirevue, Thrive and Employment verification.

Define a product strategy to receive application clones of the corporate owned systems: Phenom People, Hirevue, Thrive and Employment verification

Create a clear strategic roadmap of all phases of all product lifecycles post separation and TSA exit to shape the future of the Talent Acquisition ecosystem

Partner with the GEHC Workday functional and IT teams to build a cohesive strategy and strong wing to wing ecosystem to support all Talent Acquisition processes

Partner with functional owners, stakeholders, Corporate, and DT teams to balance business needs, technical debt, timelines, and budget.

Define and execute plans that enable GEHC to exit TSAs (Transition Service Agreements) with GE Corporate.

Convey a clear vision to delivery teams with a prioritized set of requirements captured as features and user stories.

Own and manage the product backlog. Continuously prioritize and groom user stories to ensure that multiple sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready. Translate unstructured or ambiguous needs into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning.

Establish new products using DT standard processes and tools including Aha!, PPM, Rally, ServiceNow, and LeanIX.

Engage frequently with delivery teams; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, user story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contribute to design activities and decisions.

Partner with the functional and delivery teams to establish healthy release and development process.

Mentor new team members as the team grows to support GEHC spinoff needs.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree with minimum years of 6 years experience

The salary range for this position is $128K - $192K. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
