In this role you’ll act as a trusted partner for an international company, you’ll be working in both back-end code and in client facing applications. You’ll be working on solutions designed to improve and optimize financial services such as risk assessment, underwriting support, investments, decision making, fraud prevention and improve overall business operations decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Work in a in a highly agile environment, following XP practices
  • Work alongside a fellow programming in the same workstation (pair programming)
  • Participate in Test-Driven Development processes
  • Enforce 12-factors app guidelines for all development
  • Participate in re-platforming legacy applications on a Pivotal Cloud Foundry platform
  • Work as a Scrum/Agile team member to deliver releases and perform application support as required
  • Provide off-hour support when required

What You Have

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly expanding environment
  • English proficiency (B1+)
  • Knowledge of Java/SpringBoot required
  • Experience with Angular 2+ (not AngularJS) required
  • GCP/AWS experience preferred
  • Messaging pipelines (RabbitMQ or Kafka) preferred
  • Stored procedures in MSSQL (or Oracle) preferred
