Energy Solutions is currently seeking an IT Director to achieve our company’s operations, IT infrastructure management of hardware and software systems and data security initiatives. IT Director Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees IT operations.
  • Hires new members and leads team of IT staff.
  • Prepares and manages annual budget and monthly progress reports.
  • Analyzes business requirements for IT systems.
  • Lead and manage key enterprise software system deployments.
  • Designs and implements IT strategies and infrastructure.
  • Identifies and eliminates security risks.
  • Works to increase user satisfaction.
  • Evaluates IT operations regarding established goals and publishes KPI's.
  • Communicates within IT team and across departments as needed.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with outside vendors.
  • Oversees helpdesk team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint experience
  • Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
  • Solid working knowledge of all relevant coding languages and security protocols
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team oriented

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field (graduate degree a plus)
  • Minimum eight years’ experience working in IT operations
  • Minimum three years’ experience overseeing IT teams and projects
  • Certifications and continuing education preferred
  • ERP, NetSuite, Deltek, Salesforce platform experience a plus

 

Salary Range $140 - $160k DOE 

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
