What You'll Do:

The Employer Brand Apprentice will support the development and execution of our employer branding at global level. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, marketing, and human resources.

1. Digital Channels Management and Social Media Reputation:

  • Support the management of our employer brand presence on social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and report on key performance indicators
  • Support the management of our employer brand presence on digital channels.
  • Support the management of our careers site.

2. Content Creation and Assets

  • Assist in creating a bank of assets for external and internal usage

3. Market Research:

  • Conduct research on specific populations, best practices, and competitor analysis and analyze feedback from employees and candidates to improve our employer branding efforts.

4. Campaign Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns and events.
  • Assist in developing creative assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the People, TA, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to talent acquisition and employee experience.

Who You Are:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French & English
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic about employer branding and company culture.
