What You'll Do:

  • Own the annual operating plan and support to external guidance.
  • Support Group CFO through corporate guidelines and processes and facilitate their roll-out across the organization.
  • Prepare top quality presentations for Executive Committee and Board of Directors with qualitative insights on business performance.
  • Launch and lead profitability analysis under different dimensions as well as other strategic projects
  • Coordinate monthly variance analysis in close collaboration with the network of FP&A business partners across regions and functions.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy on revenue and operating expenses.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools and BISupport the Director of Investor Relations in preparing quarterly earnings release

Who You Are:

  • 7-10 years of professional experience with significant exposure to FP&A matters in a listed environment.
  • Consulting/external audit experience would be a plus but is not a must have.
  • Demonstrates leadership and strong business acumen
  • Strong integrity, organizational and analytical skills
  • Overachiever, used to coping with challenging projects, adapting to changing environment, under high pressure, short timings and in full autonomy
  • Team player, international experience with proven ability to work with people from different cultures
  • Fluent in English, French/Spanish is a plus

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$144,800 - $199,100
