What You'll Do:
- Manage a large list of accounts, developing budget strategies that leverage sponsored ads, onsite, and offsite display tactics.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities at scale using various reports, including cap out and pacing analyses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to uncover upsell opportunities that increase overall revenue across your accounts.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new customers to our self-service platform,conducting kickoff calls to guide them through our user interface.
- Keep clients informed and engaged by communicating new product opportunities, platform enhancements, and seasonal strategies.
- Conduct performance review calls with top-tier clients, discussing reporting, new retailer opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with our technical team to ensure timely resolution of any technical issues that arise within client accounts.
- Collaborate with the campaign management team for accounts that opt into managed services, meeting regularly with assigned campaign managers to review performance and pacing.
- Facilitate billing inquiries and work with finance to ensure timely payments.
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of direct client management experience in a data-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to navigate and collaborate with various internal departments toachieve positive outcomes for clients and the organization.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- A genuine enthusiasm for a dynamic and evolving industry, coupled with a desire to make an impact through hard work, innovative ideas, and teamwork.
