What You'll Do:

As a Field Marketing Marketing Manager EMEA, you’ll be responsible for supporting our EMEA sales team’s efforts in growing key accounts: from the acquisition and growth of our key prospects and clients, to the design of inspiring educational campaigns. You’ll develop and execute account-based marketing programs that drive brand awareness, new business development, and customer growth and retention across our industry-leading Commerce Media Platform. Your focus will be marketing to accounts in priority industry verticals such as Travel, Beauty, Consumer Electronics, and more.

Based out of Munich, this position presents an exceptional opportunity to bring strategic marketing programs to life for a market-leading company at the forefront of innovation in the Adtech and Commerce Media space. You’ll be reporting to the Head of EMEA Field Marketing and joining a dynamic work environment where your contributions are recognized and valued.

  • Collaborate with our Sales leadership and customer advocates to amplify our brand through one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many account based marketing efforts.

  • Plan and execute diverse, client-centric multi-touch marketing programs tailored to key vertical audiences (agencies, brands, retailers), including media sponsorships, events, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with stakeholders in the sales team to elevate Criteo’s positioning and products for specific priority verticals such as Travel, Beauty, Consumer Electronics, and more.

  • Partner with Digital, PR, Content, and Product Marketing teams to bring compelling campaigns to life, ensuring alignment with company objectives and messaging.

  • Engage as a key member of the EMEA marketing team, facilitating cross-regional collaboration.

  • Manage a marketing budget and track ROI.

Who You Are:

  • B2B Marketer: 3+ years of experience, AdTech and/or Account Based Marketing experience preferred.

  • Client-Centric: Business mindset, putting the client at the centre of any marketing actions.

  • Content Creator: You enjoy creating and writing content and are interested in telling sales driven stories with data.

  • Innovative: You seek out information, ask questions, and are excited by new ideas and challenges.

  • Excellent communicator: Clear and persuasive communication, both written and verbal.

  • Relationship Builder: Great at creating and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

  • Project Manager: You can take a project and run with it from concept through to completion.

  • You get things done: Comfortable working on individual projects, pulling in cross-functional teams where you need to get things done.
