What You'll Do:

Our success hinges on cultivating and expanding business with our key and high-potential clients who hold strategic significance. To maintain and grow our business with these Strategic Accounts, we leverage our position as one of the most trusted AdTech partners in the travel industry. This strong foundation equips us to continue our success story. We are seeking a Client Partner to help us to drive this important business stream to the next level.

  • Manage and grow the client relationships (whole client organization up to C-Level) and drive strategic development for sustainable revenue growth

  • You will design the growth strategy for and with your clients and transform it into trackable actions to generate significant results, with a clear focus on cross/up-selling.

  • Ensure client retention / satisfaction and position yourself as a trusted advisor

  • Build strong relationships with internal Criteo stakeholders to position the crucial needs of your clients towards Product, Marketing, Legal and other important departments.

  • You will be the functional leader of a virtual team (Account Strategist, Campaign Manager, IT engineer, Business Intelligence and Design).

  • You will lead innovative projects to deliver added value to your customers and Criteo

  • Organize Customized Client Workshops to align all stakeholders around the most important strategies and growth drivers to bring the business to the next step.

  • Aim to exceed quarterly business targets by providing added value to your clients.

Who You Are:

  • Deep knowledge in digital media / AdTech, and the eco-system around digital advertising strategies (full funnel), plus understanding for Criteo´s position in it.

  • Bringing different products together to a customized solution architecture is something you are good at.

  • Innovation and Creativity is part of your strong skill set

  • You are passionate about becoming the trusted advisor of key accounts, listening to their needs and mastering consultative selling.

  • Sense of identifying significant business opportunities and a creative approach to overcome blockers

  • Combination of impactful negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to persuade at all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Strategic Thinking and the ability to translate the strategy into different teams for measurable actions and results.
