What You'll Do:

Position open in Spain (Barcelona) or Cyprus (Limassol)

As a Revenue Operations Manager (RevOps) on the Media Trading team, you will be responsible for ensuring the platform health and safety of Commerce GRID SSP. You will be a part of the team that play a key role in integrating new clients, maintaining a seamless experience for existing clients, and driving revenue flow through the platform.
You will work closely with various internal teams, including technical account managers, the commercial team, analytics, trust & safety, and product and development teams.

What you'll be doing as Revenue Ops...

  • Ensure the platform's brand safety, user safety, trading health, and settings consistency.

  • Establish and execute efficient operational processes.

  • Automate existing RevOps processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Analyze the platform to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Who You Are:

As for our ideal candidate...

  • Educational Background: Preferred technical or natural science background.

  • Experience: Required experience in digital advertising (AdTech is preferred).

  • Skills:

  • Analytical and critical thinking with strong attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivots, and scripts).

  • Strong ownership and passion for resolving tasks within your area of responsibility.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to organize your workday independently.

  • Comfort working in a distributed team environment.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
