What You'll Do:

Lead processes

  • Lead and enhance existing processes, encompassing but not limited to Target Setting, Achievements, Sales incentive design, SPIFF programs, and more.
  • Assume the role of the foremost proponent for the Compensation Plan Strategy within the EMEA region. This involves making recommendations for compensation plan designs, gathering feedback from commercial teams, influencing key stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and ensuring alignment with global policies while optimizing incentive plans.
  • Own the Quarterly Target Setting and Achievement processes. Ensure that every eligible individual within the Region has accurate and timely Targets and Achievements.
  • Design and drive the quarterly scheduling process for EMEA, managing communication both within and outside of the team.
  • Engage with senior leaders to gain insights into the requirements of the commercial teams and implement actions and processes that align with their business objectives.
  • Build strong connections with other teams to ensure we receive the necessary support and access to suitable development tools, enabling us to efficiently drive our processes.

Knowledge management

  • For people out of the team:
  • identify required areas of education that will help to improve the efficiency of our processes and the quality of the output;
  • design training materials (.ppt, deck, confluence pages…) and drive associated training cadence and maintain our public confluence space
  • For people within SalesOps EMEA:
  • map & refresh on a regular basis the current processes and best practices;
  • develop the Regional Sales Operations EMEA knowledge management base, combining Sales Operations knowledge as well other relevant contents (products, marketing…)

Who You Are:

  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key
  • Advanced Analytical skills (Advance Excel mandatory)
  • Expertise in Sales Compensation processes
  • Expertise in Salesforce and analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • You are comfortable with data analysis and are able to identify and flag statistical trends to bring added value
  • You pay attention to details and are well-organized
  • You are a quick learner that thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Fluent English
