What You'll Do:

Manage Relationships

  • Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to help resellers succeed.

Monitor Performance

  • Analyze reseller performance and provide actionable insights.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through the reseller.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues that resellers are unable to resolve independently.
  • Regularly check in with customers (through the reseller) to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Assist resellers in communicating the value of the product or service to ensure customer retention and expansion.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Share insights and actionable recommendations with resellers to improve customer outcomes.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for additional value.
  • Track customer success metrics (e.g., product usage, renewal rates, customer satisfaction) and provide reports to resellers.

Customer Advocacy

  • Support resellers in gathering and relaying customer feedback to the company.

Problem Resolution

  • Support resellers in resolving customer issues, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Ensure that any customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require additional expertise.

Who You Are:

  • Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or ad-tech-related field in client facing role
  • Business’ sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key
  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
  • Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
  • Ability to act as a consultant and be reactive in front of any potential situations
  • Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made
  • Business fluent in English - both spoken and written
