Industry Marketing / Customer Story Manager for EMEA - Remote

Join our Global Customer Advocacy team as our Story Producer for EMEA

Partner with the best

As story producer, your job is to get the customer to yes. Whether the request is to speak to a journalist, a panel discussion, a webinar, a case study. You will also provide leadership for execution and production.

As a Manager Marketing, you will be responsible for:

• Developing good relationships with internal teams (Sales and Services, as well as in Marketing)
• Sourcing and recruiting champions by helping them understand how advocating for Akamai can also help their company
• Producing the written stories, video testimonials and event interviews
• Marketing the content internally and to the world, with the help of partner teams
• Tracking the metrics and analytics on the content you've produced
• Continuing to analyze the impact and make changes as needed to improve metrics.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience in a customer advocacy or customer marketing role.
• Have the ability to manage complex relationships between both internal and external stakeholders.
• Have the experience working for or with cloud technology companies with impactful and creative visual storytelling for complex and technical topics.
• Have good project management skills and be able to learn on the fly.
• Be comfortable working with numerous contractors throughout the asset production process.
• Stay on top of trends in technology and story-telling so that we are always producing impactful stories.
