Despite some progress, the technology sector is still grappling with fostering inclusive AI design for women. While there are efforts, such as targeted scholarships and mentorship programs designed to encourage women's participation in STEM fields, substantial systemic barriers persist. These barriers include gender bias in algorithm design, lack of representation in leadership roles, and inadequate support for women facing a blend of professional and domestic responsibilities. To create truly inclusive AI, these systemic issues must be addressed comprehensively.
