While scholarships and grants for women in tech education are significant steps towards gender diversity, they are not a panacea. The tech industry's gender diversity issue is multi-faceted, involving cultural stereotypes, lack of role models, and workplace biases. Scholarships can help alleviate financial barriers, but without addressing these additional challenges, the effectiveness of financial aids alone in changing the gender landscape in tech is limited.
