This can detract from a conducive working environment and mental well-being. Overcoming It: Raising awareness and implementing strict anti-harassment policies are steps organizations can take. Women are also banding together to call out and confront discriminatory behaviors, creating safer spaces through solidarity and legal channels where necessary.
