WomenTech Network’s mission is to empower communities of talented and motivated women in tech through leadership development, professional growth, mentorship, and networking events to make a difference building impactful and inclusive products and technology services.

Event Synopsis:

We are excited to announce a collaborative effort between BCSWomen and WomenTech Network to host an exhilarating in-person speed networking event at the BCS headquarters in London on 13/10/2023. 

This unique event aims to bring together professionals and enthusiasts from various backgrounds within the technology industry, fostering meaningful connections, and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth. It specifically focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion by encouraging participation from women in technology.

Attendees can look forward to an engaging evening filled with energetic networking sessions designed to facilitate quick, dynamic conversations. The event will provide a platform for participants to exchange ideas, share experiences, and forge valuable connections within the technology sector.

In addition to the speed networking sessions, Attendees will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, expand their professional networks, and seek mentorship from experienced individuals.

This speed networking event is open to anyone starting out in their tech careers, those already on the career ladder and anyone who is passionate about driving diversity and inclusion in the technology industry.

Eleonora Rizzo is a Cloud Migrations expert at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and serves as a Local Community Leader for WomenTech Network. She accelerates businesses in the UK and Ireland to migrate and modernize their Enterprise Applications with AWS cloud. Eleonora is experienced in various AWS services, including Microsoft-based applications, VMware Cloud on AWS, Disaster Recovery and backup, and Cost Optimization.
