My name is  Caroline Syovutha, a dynamic Regional Head of IT with over two decades of experience in driving digital transformation and spearheading ERP implementations. My passion lies in leveraging technology to solve complex problems, empower organizations, and support long-term growth. From integrating cloud solutions to designing disaster recovery strategies, I thrive at the intersection of innovation and strategy.

As a single mother of two, I’ve mastered the art of balancing a demanding career with my personal life while staying committed to empowering others. In my personal development space, I am a Toastmaster as well as a Rotarian. Through my leadership in Toastmasters, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the President of the Speaking Woman Toastmasters Club, where I led the team to achieve the President Distinguished Award. Now, as Vice President of Membership, I continue to create a vibrant space for women to grow and lead.

Beyond IT, I’m deeply invested in sustainability, inclusivity, and strategic planning by crafting ICT strategies that drive digital transformation, I bring dedication and vision to every project.

I draw inspiration from books like My Life in Full: Work, Family, and Our Future by Indra Nooyi and believe in using my skills to make a lasting impact. Through technology, mentorship, and leadership, I aim to build systems that transform lives and organizations for the better.
