Part of the attraction to the tech space (and sometimes overwhelming) is tech continuously evolves. Just think of those phones we carry around and their evolution. This means we have to subscribe to a lifelong learning mindset. Each month, week, and day is an opportunity to lean into learning and keep evolving. A few things that have helped me: 1) Schedule time on my calendar to learn a new system, process, or product so it keeps me accountable. 2) Be open to unscheduled on-to-go learning as it keeps it interesting, and 3) Join communities and groups to learn together as learning together is way more fun (and helpful) than alone.
