I've found that non-tech-minded users of data management systems, aka CRMs or databases, want three things: they want it to be easy to understand, simple to use, and intuitive to navigate. Which makes sense as they want to get in and out as quickly as possible. The more we can do this, the more likely those front-end users will utilize the systems.
