Session: Create an equitable workplace where women can thrive
Never before we have seen so many women in leadership positions exiting the workplace. Companies work hard to attract a diverse talent pool, though are losing women in the mid and higher level. Now is the time to ensure that you retain and get the most out of this gender diversity.
For women to unleash their full potential there are certain conditions that need to be established, for them to feel accepted, trusted and valued so they can truly thrive.
Companies who invest in creating these environments, will be the most sustainably successful.
As part of creating a thriving environment, companies need to address the taboo topics of:
• Hormonal realities (menopause, PMS, pregnancy, etc)
• Multiple caregiving roles
• Managing biases
In this talk you learn more about what you can do to support your diverse talent pool.
