Session: Inclusive Cyber Intelligence
Without doubt the cyber community is dedicated to increasing diversity and fostering inclusion. However, the tools, teams, language and efforts supporting cyber intelligence can be built and perform in such a way they do the exact opposite.
This session will reference functions, processes and terminology often seen in the cybersecurity space, and highlight how both teams and individuals can practice active inclusion through adaptations, organisational improvements and behavioural changes. This presentation will pull on real-life examples, provide evidence of impact, and sew the seed that by taking small steps, we can build a far more inclusive, accessible and fair cyber intelligence community for all to flourish.
