Bio
Naima Sabeg is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and leadership development. Currently serving as the EMEA Go To Market Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at NetApp, Naima leads and mentors a team of recruiters focused on hiring for sales in the EMEA region. She collaborates with recruitment teams and key stakeholders to implement innovative and cost-effective strategies for recruiting diverse, high-quality talent. Naima builds effective relationships with business and HR leaders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs. She also leverages relationships with industry organizations and external stakeholders to maximize effective outreach and explore best practices.
In addition to her role in talent acquisition, Naima is an active Women In Technology (WIT) leader and a member of the WIT NetApp Global Executive steering committee. She leads the development of policies and programs to attract, retain, develop, and promote female talent. Naima works closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity & Inclusion teams to assess and build best-in-class processes and programs that support WIT diversity strategy and contribute to overall diversity, inclusion, and belonging goals. She also manages women reporting metrics to analyze accurate interpretation of results.
Prior to her current position, Naima served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor in the SEMEA region in other companies: GE (General Electric, Hays, Michael Page), In these roles, she excelled in headhunting digital and IT talents, building strong partnerships with clients and IT market leaders, and developing efficient recruitment processes.
Naima holds a master’s degree in international management and Corporate Strategy from Business School Paris, as well as an Executive Bachelor Arts of Management and Administration of SME. Her educational background, combined with her extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership development, positions her as a valuable asset in driving organizational success.
Naima lived in 5 different countries and travelled 17 countries where she always embraced new cultures and meeting people where they are.
