Session: Why you need to have voice to be visible in the crowd
LinkedIn has more than 1bn active users, yet only 3% of them posts anything actively and ONLY 1 % does so regularly once a week.
In tech industry even less people want to show themselves out there and many women feel they do not want to be seen as "influencers" . I want to debunk this notion and share why we must be heard in order to be visible and appreciated for who we are and what we know.
I will share in my talk 3 points:
1) who gets attention to be listen to and why you don't have to be quiet even if your title is not a Senior/VP/C-level
2) how to start small and start today (I will show you what you can share today and how and debunk all the doubts you might have on this subject)
3) why what you know today already is valuable and how to find the right audience to appreciate it
Bonus topic: How to engage and influence a busy CTO, CIO or any other C-level whether on social media platform or in a meeting
