Vakassia J. Niles ("V.J."), MBA is a Career Strategist and Founder of The Niles Group, a company dedicating to helping individuals take their ultimate career leap. She takes her vast knowledge from working in four industries to arm midcareer professionals with essential tools and strategies to develop their careers. V.J. has over 20 years of experience in corporate and academia providing presentations and trainings. She understands how to climb the corporate ladder, how to transition a career, and how to grow a professional career brand.
