Session: Mindfulness for Remote Work Success
Since the pandemic started, we have been carrying remarkable levels of fear and anxiety - more than ever before. Many of us feel like the workday never ends as we scramble to shift from home life to work life and back again, trying to keep our sanity afloat. It’s an equally poignant burden for those who are single, as they are more susceptible to feelings of loneliness, isolation, and depression. As a Product Manager, seasoned remote worker, and a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, I am here to offer my pragmatic approach to infusing mindfulness in your everyday life through your space, body, time, and connections, so you can thrive and succeed in a remote work environment. Cultivating mindfulness into your day-to-day will allow you to use your mind to navigate your career with clarity, compassion, courage, and creativity.
