Tope Ajala (she/her) is a globally influential DE&I advocate and business leader with over a decade of expertise spanning marketing, operations, and strategic change management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Ogilvy, Tope brings a unique, internationally informed perspective to her work, having lived and worked in multiple countries around the world – including the United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore, Japan, India, and the United States – and fluently speaking several languages. Her advocacy for inclusivity is not just a professional mission but a personal journey shaped by her own diverse experiences.
Tope’s holistic approach to embedding inclusion into the very fabric of corporate and cultural environments makes her a standout among DE&I leaders. She has launched groundbreaking initiatives at Ogilvy, such as the Modern Exchange and bespoke leadership programs, and has pioneered a global leadership program specifically for Black men. Her work extends beyond the corporate sphere; as the co-founder of Levelset, a mentorship network, and Saif-Hands, a shelter for women, Tope is dedicated to providing mentorship and resources to help women break business and technology barriers.
Tope's commitment to education and empowerment is further highlighted through her "To A Tee" initiative, where she curates intimate gatherings designed to foster personal and professional growth, guiding women to unlock their full potential and create financially free, authentic versions of themselves.
