Session: Digital Transformation, Change Management, and Female Leadership in European EdTech
The EdTech sector is booming, and I will discuss current digital transformation and change management challenges and strategies in both the public and private sectors.
As the General Manager of Inspera DACH, a Norwegian EdTech company, I will talk about new developments in the EdTech industry, such as AI and VR, and discuss how these new technologies are changing the way we learn as students and professionals. I will also speak about European policies that are supporting the growth of EdTech and improving learner outcomes.
Additionally, I will discuss how female leadership is positively impacting global companies in all industry sectors as well as the role of female leaders in the EdTech industry, increased female representation on European boards, and how women in tech can continue leading and inspiring women and other underrepresented groups in the future.
Bio
Currently, Stephanie is leading operations, building partnerships, and expanding new business development in the private and public sectors as the General Manager DACH for Inspera AS, a Norwegian EdTech company.
Her previous professional experience includes global operations leadership of agile, cross-functional, multicultural teams in up to 30 locations around the world, while successfully implementing digital transformation and change management initiatives to achieve operational excellence and exceed financial targets. She is focused on intercultural collaboration, innovation, sustainability, and the future of work.
Stephanie is a German-US citizen with an international mindset and a creative, enthusiastic spirit. Recently, she completed her Executive MBA at EDHEC Business School in Paris, France.
