Tech-driven solutions—from AI-powered job matching to digital mentorship programs.
Best practices in supporting career transitions, drawing from real-world success stories.
How companies and leaders can create inclusive hiring pathways to tap into this untapped talent pool.
This session is ideal for leaders, HR professionals, and technologists looking to drive impact while building diverse and resilient workplaces. Together, let’s turn career breaks into career breakthroughs—powered by technology and community.
