About Snigdha: She is an analytics professional and a predictive analytics expert, with over a decade experience in the retail, CPG, finance, hospitality and telecom sectors. She has extensive customer analytics, marketing analytics and operations experience, using a variety of data science methods (regression modelling, clustering, decision trees, SEM, ML-Genetic & greedy algorithm, Artificial bee colony optimization) and industry standard analytical tools to manipulate and extract insight from big data sets, presenting theseanalytical findings to CXO level audiences.
