Bio
Shreya Krishnan is the Managing Director of AnitaB.org India, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing gender diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. Known for her impactful leadership, she has co-hosted several Grace Hopper Celebrations in India and the US, furthering her commitment to supporting women in technology.
Before her current role, Shreya served as EVP Marketing and Communications at Aon India. Her extensive expertise spans CSR, corporate grooming, and strategic communications, and she is a skilled NLP Practitioner and Gestalt Master Therapist, bringing a unique blend of psychological insight and professional acumen to her work.
Shreya's influence extends beyond the corporate world. She serves on the advisory boards of eight organizations and seven NGOs, contributing her expertise to a wide range of causes. Additionally, she is a champion of inclusion and diversity, and she recently co-authored the book Words Matter, focusing on empowering language for girls.
A winner of Ms. Universal Empowerment 2024, former Corporate Diva, and Mrs. India Universe 2017, Shreya is also involved in activism, dance, theatre, poetry, blogging, sustainability, modeling, acting, event anchoring, and training. Her work continues to inspire and drive change in multiple fields.
