AI and new job models reconfigure the business world, lifelong learning has become an economic imperative. 80% of executives believe the need for new skills has become their biggest business challenge. Could AI connect business needs with people's happiness and desire to embrace change? This talk is about how AI technology helps people change their mindsets, adopt a habit of learning new skills, increase their happiness, and increase business ROI.


Bio

Raluca Apostol is co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Nestor, a Y Combinator backed startup. Nestor is a smart cloud assistant that helps managers find the right way to coach their people by driving behavioral change within organizations through AI technology. With a Ph.D in machine learning, she leads the research and product development at Nestor. Raluca deeply cares about customer success and makes sure that every employee using the product is becoming better every day. Raluca has over eight years of experience in team management and people development. She has twelve years of experience in the software industry and her AI research work was referenced by Intel and LG. She is Y Combinator Alumni and, in the past, she co-founded the 'Girls Who Code' Iasi community in Romania.
