Session: Product Power : Harnessing the potential of Product-Led Thinking
Product power refers to the ability of a product to drive growth and success for a company. Product-led thinking involves putting the product and its user experience at the forefront of a company's strategy, rather than relying solely on marketing and sales tactics. This presentation will explore the concept of product power and the benefits of adopting a product-led approach. We will examine case studies of companies that have successfully harnessed product power and discuss best practices for product-led thinking, including how to identify the right metrics to measure success, how to prioritize product improvements, and how to align cross-functional teams around the product vision. By embracing product power and product-led thinking, companies can create more valuable and engaging experiences for their customers, which can ultimately drive business growth and success.
