Bio
Humza Dyani is a Founder of the Pan African Network for Investment and Development, a network of Professionals and Entrepreneurs within the Continent and the Diaspora with an objective of stimulating trade linkages across the continent, developing SMMEs, youth and Women . She is currently employed as the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for Broadband Infraco, an organisation with a mandate of connecting the rural and underserved communities.
She graduated with a Bcom (Acc) degree, followed by Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2009 and a myriad of other qualifications. A goal orientated and driven leader, Phumza drives performance through developing strong, high performing teams and making a difference in whatever challenge she throws herself into. She is a seasoned Executive with vast experience spanning across Blue Chip companies in Financial and Professional Services (FMCG), accompanied by over 15 years spent in the ICT industry, working for Telecoms companies, including Vodacom and MTN. Her track record for performance and achievement is demonstrable and was supported by Phumza being selected by a Leading Mobile Network Operator to participate in a Global Leadership Programme as part of the global Senior Leadership talent pool. An ardent reader and a Thought Leadership speaker on Telecoms Industry issues, as well as an Advocate for the inclusion of Women in the STEM, Phumza is also a member of the Civil Society in the STI (Science, Technology and Innovation) Working Group and currently a participant in the South African Digital Economy Masterplan Group. She is also a Member of the WBAF (World Business Angel Investors Forum) as well as an SA Ambassador for CELO Ecosystem (Blockchain).
