This talk aims to equip white women with the tools to identify these issues within the workplace and practice bold allyship to help challenge, mitigate and eliminate these issues.Bio
Netta Jenkins, Founder, Holistic Inclusion Consulting LLC (HIC) and Co-Founder, Dipper.Netta is an acclaimed author and advisory board member for Betterment, online investment company. She has years of experience specializing in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging with a background in communications, leadership and behavioral psychology. For 5 years, Netta created and executed strategy as Vice President, Global Inclusion for IAC/InterActiveCorp, tech and media brands with her research data driven knowledge. Netta has won multiple awards for her corporate and startup diversity impact. Netta founded Holistic Inclusion Consulting LLC; and offers diversity sessions to companies with a focus on anti-racism, product inclusion, and systemic bias globally. As a result, Netta was listed in Forbes as one of the top 7 impactful diversity anti-racism consultants in the world.
Netta is also the Co-Founder Advisor of Dipper, a data technology platform empowering companies to tackle diversity and inclusion. As well as a digital safe-place that guides professionals of color to a better workplace one review at a time, whether good, bad or indifferent.
