Bio
Tanny’s BioTanny is an engineer turned product manager. Currently, she is senior product manager for the Data Product Group at WP Engine. As a Product Leader, her values are rooted in service and growth, aligned with WP Engine’s company values: #DoTheRightThing and #BuildForGrowth.
She is passionate about generative AI and how it will augment our lives, such as helping with speaker’s block! She has led cross-functional teams in her 15 years experience in the tech industry and being a new mom challenges her perspective on growth.

Neela’s Bio
Neela is a director of engineering strategy and operations for Boomi. In my role, she helps engineering organizations and teams become more efficient and effective through data. She started her career as a software engineer, and even though she is no longer an engineer, she likes to stay close to technology.
Her other passion is empowering women. Her journey started with participating and then chairing the women’s ERG in Cisco in 2003, when ERG(s) were not a thing yet. She also started the West Coast chapter for women’s ERG for Dell. For her, these are the avenues to bring like-minded women together, bring out our best ideas and help each other.
